Return&Refund Policy

  • HadiaLaha guarantees to return if there is a quality problem  for your purchase. And you can apply for return&refund online within 15 days after receiving the order. Please make sure the returned item is saleable.

     

  • To return you order, you must inform us by calling our helpline or let us know by emailing hello@hadialaha.com, we will tell you the return address by mail.
  • Return Note

    1. These categories cannot be returned: Underwear, Swimwear, Leggings, Beauty.
    2. Exchange Service is not available. You can place a new order if needed.
    3. The refund is only for returned item based on the online "Audited" application.
    4. Please keep the returned item unused with original packing includes SKU number, or the refund may be delayed.
    5. You are responsible for return shipping fee if the return is caused by yourself; Please choose economical shipping method. We are responsible for return shipping fee if the return is caused by our side; Please choose economical shipping method.
    6. We do not accept package returned using Freight Collect.

    Return Note For Electronic Items

    1. We only accept returned item unopened and saleable; The return&refund must be applied within 15 days after parcel received.
    2. If there is item quality issue, please come to relevant repair agency for testing first then apply for return&refund, upload effective pictures. We will deal with the return&refund application timely.
